Notice of Determination

Quebec – October 30, 2024 – The Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the proposed "Construction of a new baseball field" is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. The adverse impacts of this project are not likely to contribute to cumulative environmental effects. Therefore, Indigenous Services Canada may exercise its powers and duties or provide financial assistance to enable the project to proceed, in whole or in part.

The mitigation measures considered in this determination are as follows:

•           Consider environmental and engineering quality monitoring during construction.
