Subdivision Infrastructure Development – Eel River Bar First Nation

The Proposed Project

The project will include the installation of water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure as well as a full road infrastructure complete with base, sub-base, asphalt, and curb for the future development of 30 lots. The approximate project footprint is 8 hectares. Project activities include site preparation (clearing and grubbing of the site), levelling, installation of piping, and road construction.

March 6, 2026 – Please note the project scope was updated to include an additional 4 lots (34 lots in total across 9.2ha).  This area was already captured within the baseline environmental data, and the expanded scope does not alter the overall environmental effects assessment. As there are no new or increased impacts identified, the environmental determination was made based on the updated scope.
