Tobique Phase 5 Subdivision Development

The proposed project will include the development of approximately 2.9 ha to facilitate the development of 16 residential building lots for future home construction. Activities include clearing, grubbing, and grading of the development area, new roadways, ditches, and stormwater culvert features to direct surface water runoff from the new development in the Phase 5 ditch system.


Latest update

March 5, 2026 - Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments until April 4, 2026, respecting that determination.
